Community members have come together with a shared commitment to restore and elevate the perimeter of Holy Cross Cemetery in Menlo Park. Their goal is not simply to replace an aging fence, but to transform the boundary into something worthy of the history and dignity of the grounds it protects.
The current fence will be carefully removed and replaced with elegant wrought iron that reflects the character and heritage of the cemetery. This new design will enhance the beauty of the property while also drawing attention to what was once a prominent entrance to the City of Menlo Park.
With the support and collaboration of the Archdiocese of San Francisco Catholic Cemeteries, the City of Menlo Park, Mark Melbye, and Steve Morey, all necessary permits have been secured and the project is ready to move forward.
This effort represents a partnership between friends, local leaders, and the Church to honor the past while investing in the future. With your support, we can complete this transformation and restore a landmark that welcomes people to Menlo Park.
